Kate Maxwell has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing within the food industry. Currently serving as the Sales & Marketing Director at Cranswick Country Foods PLC since April 2017, Kate has previously held key roles at Cranswick Yorkshire Baker as the Commercial and Operations Director and at Cranswick Convenience Foods in various capacities, including Account Director and Account Controller. Kate began their career at Sainsbury's, where a tenure as Senior Buyer spanned from 2001 to 2011.
