Tom Burba has extensive experience in the food production industry, currently serving as Factory Manager at Cranswick Country Foods PLC since 2016. Throughout tenure at Cranswick, Tom has held various roles including Operations Support Manager, Production Shift Manager for High Risk, Low Risk Manager, and Despatch Manager. Prior to joining Cranswick, Tom worked at Benson Park from April 2012 to 2015, where responsibilities included Supervisor and Team Leader positions.
