Rajaram Swaminathan

Rajaram Swaminathan is an experienced leader in transportation technology and program management, currently serving as Director of Transportation Technology at Crate and Barrel. With a robust background at Best Buy as Sr. Delivery Manager for transportation management systems, Rajaram oversaw a significant $17M Blue Yonder implementation. At Target, Rajaram led a team to deliver a $20M IT program that achieved substantial cost savings and enhanced food sales. Previous roles include senior program management positions at Pearson and United Health Care Group, where Rajaram managed large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
