Kenneth Geisshirt

Kenneth Geisshirt is an experienced professional in software development and technical writing, currently serving as the Director of Developer Experience at CrateDB since October 2024. Previously, Geisshirt held various roles at MongoDB, including Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer, where involvement centered around the Realm JavaScript team and SDK development. Geisshirt's career also includes freelance writing for technical publications, membership on the technical staff at Realm, and contributions to several other organizations from full-stack web development to project supervision and editing. Geisshirt holds a Ph.D. in soft material science from Roskilde University and multiple degrees in chemistry and computer science from Københavns Universitet.
