David Murphy

David Murphy is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Owner, Senior Principal, and President at Crawford Architects since September 2001. David has played pivotal roles as Principal in Charge and Architect of Record on numerous high-profile projects, including the Olympic Stadium for the 2000 Sydney Olympics and major work for the NFL Seahawks and NCAA. Previous experience includes serving as Principal at Ellerbe Becket, where key projects included Qwest Field and the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Stadium, and as Associate at RTKL Associates Inc., contributing to the design of the Camden Yards Sports Complex. David's educational background features a Master of Architecture with a focus on Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Architecture with Highest Distinction from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with Distinction from Iowa State University.
