Jon Moeller

Jon Moeller has extensive experience in law enforcement and education, currently serving as an instructor at the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy and as a deputy sheriff for Crawford County and Woodbury County. Moeller holds the position of Criminal Justice Department Chair and professor at Dordt University. Previous roles include police officer for the City of Sergeant Bluff Police Department and a special agent with the FBI for over two decades, where responsibilities included handling various investigations such as cold-case homicides and crimes against children. Moeller's background also includes coaching varsity baseball and a solid educational foundation with degrees in justice administration and criminal justice from multiple institutions.
