As chief marketing officer, Michelle is responsible for the development of global marketing, corporate communications and social responsibility strategy to expand awareness of Crawford's brand, drive demand and loyalty for its services and improve its overall competitive positioning. Leveraging Crawford's differentiation and scope of business across the claims ecosystem, she leads a global, cross-functional team responsible for telling the Crawford story to its clients, employees and shareholders across all media and touchpoints. Additionally, as a member of the executive leadership team, she works alongside other company leaders to develop and drive comprehensive programs in support of the purpose, values and strategic priorities of Crawford & Company.
