Patrick Kardasz

Patrick Kardasz currently serves as President and Co-Founder of Heavyweight Waste since April 2024, leading a new commercial waste hauling company. Additionally, Patrick co-founded Smash My Trash® in August 2021, which focuses on waste removal services across multiple cities, and established T3 Training in August 2023 to provide training for franchisees. Patrick has extensive experience in law enforcement as a SWAT HRT Negotiator with the Pinal County Sheriff's Office since January 2013. As COO and Partner at LaunchTEK and PinPut Real Estate Technology, LLC, Patrick has contributed to software development in various industries. Previous roles include President of Launch Wireless and Regional Sales Manager at Fleet Complete. Patrick's professional journey began at Eastern Michigan University from 1996 to 1998.
