Alek Farkas

Alek Farkas has extensive experience in the logistics and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Manager of Global Logistics and Merchandising Production at Crayola since July 2013. Farkas has held various roles at Crayola, including CPFR Analyst for the Walmart account and Project Manager for New Product Development, while also coaching leaders on continuous improvement initiatives. With a background in industrial engineering and lean/six sigma methodologies, Farkas has successfully driven cost savings projects and enhanced operations through training and implementation of best practices. Previous experience includes a Continuous Improvement Intern role at Crayola and Customer Fulfillment Associate at Amazon. Alek Farkas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, obtained in 2013.
