Kelly Pacello

Kelly Pacello is an experienced professional in product and process development, currently serving as Manager of Product and Process Development at Crayola since January 2016, where prior roles included Technical Research Manager and Process Development Engineer. Kelly has also worked as a Staff Engineer at ERM: Environmental Resources Management and fulfilled co-op positions in R&D Process Engineering and New Product Development at GlaxoSmithKline and Crayola, respectively, as well as a Technical Service Co-op at Sunoco. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, complemented by studies at Ruhr University Bochum.
