Customer Operations Manager at Crayon

Kimberly Pham has had a diverse work experience. Kimberly started their career at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as a Family Abduction Intern and Case Assistant. Kimberly then worked as a Volunteer Mentor at the Youth Life Foundation of Richmond. In 2009, they joined the University of Richmond where they held the positions of Student Manager at Global Studio and Shuttle Dispatcher/Switchboard Operator at UR Police Dept. In 2011, they became a State-Certified Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy. From 2014 to 2019, Kimberly worked at Atrius Health as a Referral Coordinator in Internal Medicine. Kimberly later joined Crayon in 2019 as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst before progressing to roles including Analyst II, Sr. Analyst, and Sr. Analyst, Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Operations Manager at Crayon.

Kimberly Pham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Studies from the University of Richmond. Kimberly also studied Arabic Language and Culture, International Relations, and participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Jordan. In addition, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in December 2022. No specific start or end years were provided for their education at both universities.
