Hadeel Bani Hani possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held significant leadership roles in various organizations. At Crayon, Hadeel serves as the Director - People & Culture for the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Previous roles include HR Leader for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Russia at Honeywell, where responsibilities progressed from Senior HR Manager to Senior HR Generalist within the Connected Enterprise division. Additionally, Hadeel was the Head of HR Operations at IDEMIA and started as a Human Resources Administrator on a limited contract at Baker Hughes.
