Anand Mahabaleshwarkar

Anand Mahabaleshwarkar, PMP has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Anand started their career in 1990 at GE Environmental /BHA as an Applications Engineer, BD/Sales, and Project Manager, leading business development in selling OEM equipment and retrofit services globally. Anand worked in industries such as cement, utilities, industrial, process, refineries, bio and pharma, and food & beverage.

In 2000, they joined Black & Veatch Corporation as a Project Manager EPC & Section Lead, where they managed and led projects in the EPC sector until 2010.

From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Kiewit as a Sr. Project Manager - Business Development - EPC and Engineering Execution, focusing on business development and project execution in the EPC and engineering sectors.

At GE Power and Parker Hannnifin, they served as a Senior Project Manager / Execution from 2015 to 2018, responsible for managing and executing projects.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at KLJ as a Market Director/Manager, Power, overseeing market initiatives and managing the power market.

From 2020 to 2022, they joined Mesa Associates, Inc as a Regional Director and later as a Program Manager, T&D Midwest, responsible for regional leadership and program management.

Currently, starting in 2022, they are working as a Sr. Project Director at CRB.

Anand Mahabaleshwarkar, PMP, has a diverse educational background. Anand obtained a Master's in Engineering Management from The University of Kansas from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Heat Transfer from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1989 to 1991. Anand also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they earned from 1982 to 1987. In addition to their academic achievements, Anand has obtained certifications such as the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2020 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018. Anand also holds the Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
