Chris Guidi

Chris Guidi has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the areas of development, acquisitions, and asset management. From 1998 to present, Chris has been with CRC Companies, where they have led various projects involving the entitlement and development of residential and commercial properties. This includes overseeing the entire development process, from due diligence and land acquisition to financing, construction, lease-up, and asset management. Chris has also played a role in CRC's acquisition of apartment units, including affordable housing units. Prior to joining CRC, Chris worked at Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President from 1993 to 1996.

Chris Guidi attended Springside Chestnut Hill Academy from 1985 to 1989. Chris then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and English at Saint Michael's College from 1989 to 1993. Later, Chris earned an MBA degree with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School from 1996 to 1998.
