Shona Taylor

Shona Taylor has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Shona is currently the Human Resources Director at CRC Evans since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR at EV from July 2018 to July 2021. Shona also served as a Human Resources Specialist at BP from January 2016 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at Centrica Energy as a Competency & Capability Development professional from October 2012 to November 2015 and at Petrotechnics as the Head of HR from December 2006 to October 2012. Shona's extensive work experience also includes being the Director of HR, Eastern Region Organisation at Vetco Gray from May 1998 to December 2006, where they were responsible for various HR functions including organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Shona Taylor has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen. Shona then attended Robert Gordon University, where they pursued a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, with a specialization in General HR. Shona holds two postgraduate degrees from Robert Gordon University in the same field.
