Tina Pridgen

Tina Pridgen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Acquisition at CRC Insurance Services since April 2013. In this role, Tina manages a team responsible for corporate recruiting efforts in support of Truist Insurance Holdings' Wholesale Division and leads strategic planning for producer and senior leader talent acquisition for CRC Group - Commercial Solutions. Prior positions include Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Recruiting Consultant at CRC Insurance Services, where Tina provided consultative recruiting services and developed talent pipelines. Earlier in Tina's career, experience at Voith Paper Fabric & Roll Systems included managing full cycle recruitment and corporate training programs.
