Godfrey Rutasingwa

Godfrey Rutasingwa has a diverse work experience in human resources and learning and development roles. Godfrey is currently the Director of Human Resources at CRDB Bank Plc, where they have been since November 2022. Godfrey also served as the Head of Learning and Development at the same company from September 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Talent Development Manager at Millicom (Tigo) from January 2017 to September 2019. Godfrey also held the position of Senior Manager: Learning and Development at NMB PLC from March 2013 to December 2016. Furthermore, they worked as the Head of Talents, Learning, and Development at Barclays Bank Tanzania from November 2011 to March 2013, and as a National Training Officer at Right To Play Tanzania from July 2007 to August 2010.

Godfrey Rutasingwa attended the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Arts.
