Dabren Wills

Dabren Wills has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the international development and capacity building sector. Dabren currently serves as the Vice President of Development & Exchanges at CRDF Global. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Operations at Amentum. Wills spent a significant portion of their career at PAE, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Director, Director of Business Operations, Director of Business Development and Strategy, Senior Manager of Governance & Institutional Development, and Program Manager. Before joining PAE, they worked at Kadix Systems as a Program Manager and at BearingPoint as a Manager. Wills began their career as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Throughout their career, Wills has demonstrated expertise in P&L responsibility, business development, strategy implementation, contract management, and program management.

Dabren Wills received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from Towson University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Prior to their university studies, Dabren attended St. Mary's Ryken High School. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2014. Dabren also pursued additional certifications in areas such as change readiness and agility, strategic growth, and global leadership and management from institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, Columbia Business School, and Yale School of Management, though specific details regarding the completion of these certifications are not provided.
