Siri Oswald has an extensive work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Siri started their career at CRDF as a Program Director in 1999 and worked in that role until 2006. Siri then joined the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in 2006 as a Senior Program Officer in Global Development/Global Libraries, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they returned to CRDF and served in various roles including Director of Research Partnerships, Interim Vice President for Programs, Vice President of Operations, and currently Vice President of Talent Management.
Siri Oswald completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs, as well as Russian Studies, at Colby College from 1990 to 1994. Siri further pursued their studies at Georgetown University from 1997 to 1999, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies.
