Jackie Yap FCPA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and internal auditing. Currently serving as the Head of Business Process and Internal Audit at Creador since March 2018, Jackie leads a team across various geographies and has a track record of transforming processes to enhance productivity and achieve cost savings. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Assistant Director at Canon Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included managing the Internal Audit team and overseeing audit planning. Jackie’s career in auditing began at PwC as an Audit Manager, followed by roles at Pricewaterhouse and ABB Holdings, where foundational skills in accounting and financial reporting were developed. Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University.
