Rikke Sakstrup Frandsen

Rikke Sakstrup Frandsen is currently serving as Technical Engagement Manager at cReal Food AB since October 2023. Previously, Rikke held the position of Industry Business Manager at Oterra from April 2021 to October 2023, focusing on natural colors for plant-based food and pet food. Rikke's extensive experience at Chr. Hansen spanned from April 2007 to April 2021, with roles including Global Industry Business Manager for pet foods and Global Technical Industry Manager for meat and prepared foods in the Natural Colors Division. Rikke also led the Global Expertise Center & Industry Technical Support team, overseeing an application laboratory and expert development. Earlier roles include Formulation Chemist at Fortitech Premixes and Research Chemist at Chr. Hansen. Rikke holds an MSc in EU Food Studies from Wageningen University & Research and a BSc in Food Engineering from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole.
