Veronica Pagani

Veronica Pagani has a strong background in business development and raw material sourcing, with extensive experience in the luxury fashion industry. Veronica currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Creare Group LLC. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director and owner of STUDIO VP, a boutique consulting firm specializing in researching, developing, and sourcing new and innovative materials for luxury brands. Veronica also spent a significant portion of their career at Ralph Lauren, where they served as the Vice President of Raw Material Sourcing and Operations for their luxury brands. Veronica was responsible for overseeing all aspects of raw material risk assessment, evaluation, sourcing, pricing, and delivery. Additionally, they managed a global network of fabric vendors and consistently delivered on aggressive sourcing and cost targets. Prior to Ralph Lauren, Veronica worked as a Production Manager at Donna Karan Intl.

Veronica Pagani attended Università Bocconi from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration.
