Jeff Holman

Jeff Holman is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate governance. As the Founder and CEO of Intellectual Strategies since March 2019, Jeff also serves as General Counsel for both Pillow Cube and Creatably, where expertise in innovative products and marketing strategies is employed. In addition, Jeff is the Franchise Owner of StretchLab and Vice President of Legal Affairs at Oscilla Power, Inc. Jeff's prior roles include General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at HZO, along with Of Counsel at Kunzler PC and Shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer, focusing on patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Jeff holds an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.
