Mahmoud Samy

Mahmoud Samy is a seasoned motion designer with extensive experience across various roles in the creative industry. Currently serving as a Senior Motion Designer at Create Group since August 2020, Mahmoud has previously worked as a UI/UX Designer at The D. GmbH and an Art Director at Brand Bazaar Agency. With a background as the Founder of Early Bird and experience as an Art Director/Video Producer at QANAWAT - FZ, L.L.C, Mahmoud has demonstrated versatility in design and multimedia production. Early career highlights include contributions as a Multimedia Artist at KIDS interactive GmbH and Barco Audio Technologies, as well as significant freelance projects such as creating an animated trailer for MDR MITTELDEUTSCHER RUNDFUNK. Mahmoud holds a Master’s Degree in Media Arts and Design from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts, Media Design from The German University in Cairo.
