Emily Grandinetta

Emily Grandinetta, MCC, currently serves as President of Grandinetta Group since October 2020, and is an Executive Coach at Team Performance Institute LLC since January 2020. Additionally, Emily holds the role of Certified Innovation Coach at Creating Futures That Work since December 2022. Prior to these positions, Emily worked at Accenture, first as an Employee Experience Executive from December 2018 to September 2020, and previously as a Leadership Development Executive at Accenture Federal Services from September 2015 to December 2018. Emily earned a Master’s Degree in Organization Development/Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
