Olesia Onyshchenko

Olesia Onyshchenko has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Olesia is currently working at Creatio as the Head of Growth Operations since January 2023, and had previously held the same position from April 2022 to December 2022.

Prior to their role at Creatio, Olesia worked at Terrasoft Ukraine. Olesia started as a Partner Account Manager from June 2016 to March 2018, then transitioned to the role of Sales Channel Leader from April 2018 to March 2019. Olesia eventually became the Head of LeadGen (Eastern Europe) from April 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Terrasoft Ukraine, Olesia was the Chief of Sales Organization Department at Prominvestbank from October 2014 to June 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Sberbank as a Project Manager from July 2011 to October 2014.

Olesia started their career at JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine) as the Head of Retail Sales Organization (Kiev Directorate) from October 2007 to September 2010. Olesia began their professional journey at PrivatBank as a branch manager from July 2005 to October 2007.

Olesia Onyshchenko obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Kyiv National Economics University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Management and Leadership Program certification from MIM-Kyiv Business School in January 2020. Olesia also has a certification in Project Management Methods from UPMA (Ukrainian Association of Project Management), though the specific month and year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
