Faizan Ali Qazi

Faizan Ali Qazi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Faizan is currently working at Creative Chaos as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they have successfully revamped the Talent Acquisition department and is responsible for handling mass technical recruitment. Prior to this, they worked at 10Pearls as a Lead Technical Recruiter, sourcing potential candidates through professional platforms.

Faizan also held the position of Manager HRBP at EXPOSTORE- House Of Branded Clothes, where they worked on various projects such as Bench Marking Transition and Performance Management System. Faizan was involved in planning, partnering, and executing activities related to the employee life cycle. Additionally, they were responsible for identifying training needs and providing input on workforce and succession planning.

Before that, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Utopia Deals, managing the design and implementation of recruitment and selection programs. Faizan was actively involved in recruiting efforts and ensuring the cost-effective utilization of resources to reach a diverse pool of candidates.

Faizan has also served as a Senior HR Generalist at Olive Digital and Goto.com.pk, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and administering assessment tools. Faizan effectively communicated and negotiated compensation packages with candidates. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at ePlanet Communications Inc and as an International Recruiter at Insure Floridians.

Faizan's early career includes roles as a Training Officer at the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) and as a Human Resource Intern at Protege Global, where they gained experience in designing training programs, assisting with staff recruitment, and managing employee attendance.

Throughout their career, Faizan has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, HR management, and training and development.

Faizan Ali Qazi completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resource from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resource, from Bahria University between 2011 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Faizan also received certification as a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in April 2020.
