George Kolev has a diverse work experience starting with their role as an Assistant Event Manager at Archeoclub di Campobello di Licata d'Italia in 2014. During this internship, they were responsible for organizing the project "Happening 2014" and managing various daily program activities.
In 2015, George joined Upstream as a Campaign Assistant, where they worked closely with the Operations Management team to optimize campaigns in the MENA and ROW regions. George also handled translations, copyediting, and proofreading tasks, while maintaining client relationships.
From 2017 onwards, George has been working at Creative Clicks, initially as a Junior Project Manager and later transitioning to a Product Manager role. George spearheaded the development, implementation, integration, and optimization of multi-channel projects in regions like MENA and Nordic. George also played a key role in communication with external partners, negotiating contracts, and searching for new products to enhance the company's portfolio.
Currently, George serves as a Senior Business Development Manager at Creative Clicks, starting from December 2022. In this role, they act as the primary contact for external stakeholders and leads business development initiatives.

George Kolev is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology at New Bulgarian University. George started their studies in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2024.
Prior to their current program, George obtained a Master's Degree in Public Relations in business from the South-West University of Bulgaria. George attended this program from 2013 to 2014.
Before their Master's Degree, George completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication also at the South-West University of Bulgaria. George studied in this program from 2009 to 2013.
In addition to their academic achievements, George holds a certification in CAE (Cambridge English Language Assessment), which they obtained in March 2014. The certification was awarded by the Cambridge English Language Assessment institution.
