Chuck Baumann

Chuck Baumann has a long and diverse work experience in the swimming pool construction industry. Chuck started their career in 1979 as the CEO of Creative Environments, a custom swimming pool construction company, where they oversaw ongoing projects and helped new clients in creating their backyard dreams. Chuck also served as the CEO/President of the company.

In 1995, Baumann joined Carecraft as a member of the Board of Directors. As one of 9 board members, they contributed to guiding the organization and attracting professional pool companies while preserving the culture of Carecraft. Chuck continued their role until 2016.

Additionally, Baumann was the Owner/Partner of Aquatic Environments from 1999 to 2005.

Chuck Baumann attended the School of Hard Knocks from 1949 to 2017, where they pursued a high school degree in Life's Lessons. From 1965 to 1968, they studied Mechanical at Acalanes HS in Lafayette, California, earning their H.S. Diploma.
