Makram Shehab Eldeen

Makram Shehab Eldeen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Makram started working at Malik's Lebanon in 2021, where they provided printing, graphic design, and laser cut services for companies and individuals in multiple branches. Makram excelled in customer service, resulting in the highest number of walk-in customers during the season. Makram also handled inbound and outbound calls and chats, contributing to achieving SuperBingo sales numbers. In 2022, they joined the US Visa Applications & Appointments team, where they applied for U.S. visa applications for non-immigrants.

Before that, Makram worked at Creative Fabrica from 2018, where they sold graphic files to customers and provided exceptional customer service, increasing sales by 30% through their marketing skills.

Makram's work experience also includes Nonprofit Graphic Design at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture from 2014 until 2022, where they utilized their graphic design skills in a non-profit setting.

Makram also served as a Diamant Retail Sales Manager at Diamant Branches from 2008 to 2016, where they served customers cocktails, ice cream, and sweets. Makram provided excellent customer service, resulting in a 50% increase in sales and new customers. Makram also managed kitchen food preparation while ensuring proper food handling.

Additionally, Makram worked as a Summer School Teacher at Baakleen Camp in 2014 and 2015, where they taught art to camp and college students. Through their friendly and positive demeanor, they improved students' understanding of different art techniques. Makram also delivered services in a timely manner and supported students in their projects.

Makram Shehab Eldeen began their education in 2010 at the Lebanese University's Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture. Makram pursued a degree in Architecture and was a License Candidate from 2010 to 2013. Following that, Makram pursued their passion for design and enrolled in the same institution's Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture for a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Makram completed this program from 2013 to 2016.
