Kristen Powers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service and relationship management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Client Service-Relationship Management at Creative Financial Group since July 2016, Kristen implements customized client service strategies and develops technology platforms to help clients achieve their business, estate, financial, and tax planning objectives. Prior roles include Business Development Manager and Relationship Manager at Commonwealth Trust Company, where Kristen focused on developing strategic marketing initiatives and enhancing client satisfaction for ultra-high net worth clients. Kristen’s earlier career comprised various legal support positions, including Legal Assistant at Eizen Fineburg & McCarthy, PC, and Legal Secretary at prominent law firms. Kristen holds a degree from Temple University.
