Ananthappan M possesses extensive experience in project management and product design within the industrial products and technology service sectors, specializing in valves, pumps, compressors, and mechanical seals. Currently serving as Project Lead at Creative Synergies Group since October 2021, Ananthappan previously held the same title at L&T Integrated Engineering Services from June 2007 to December 2019. Earlier roles include mechanical seal design and manufacturing at SANMAR - Flowserve and experience in designing ball valves, gate valves, and actuators at HABONIM VAAS. Ananthappan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MSPV Polytechnic.
