Manikandan M is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and automation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Creative Synergies Group since March 2023, Manikandan previously held similar roles at SEGULA Technologies, focusing on concept design for RNTBCI fixtures and tools. Prior to that, experience as a Design Engineer at Vectra Automation included BIW welding fixture concept design and drafting. Manikandan's early career involved project engineering at Hyundai Motor India Ltd., where optimization projects were handled, and multiple in-plant trainee positions, including experience at Simpson & Co.
