Samantha Hough

Samantha Hough has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Samantha worked at Unified Life Insurance Company for 6 years, starting as a Customer Service Representative and advancing to roles such as a Senior Process/Quality Processor and ultimately becoming the sole 1099 Coordinator. In these roles, they gained knowledge in various insurance products and was responsible for tasks such as 1099 data preparation, filing compliances, and abatements. Samantha also completed side projects to increase processing output and provide training to the processing team. Prior to their insurance career, Samantha worked as a Cardio/Pulmonary RN Intern at Hannibal Regional for a brief period. Currently, they are working as an Annuity New Business Case Manager at CreativeOne.

Samantha Hough obtained their Associate's degree in the Science of Nursing from Hannibal-LaGrange University, where they studied nursing from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained additional certifications. In October 2019, they received the LOMA 281 certification from LOMA, and in November 2019, they obtained the CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association.
