Michał Bortkiewicz

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association from May 2023, Roon facilitates innovation projects by mentoring technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Roon emphasizes a vibrant and dynamic approach to software development. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Roon has also contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO of Share&Charge and served on the blockchain advisory board for IIB Council. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a certification in Project Management from PMI.
