Juliet Kelso

Juliet Kelso is a dynamic professional with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Oasis Collective, an AI tech house and nonprofit focused on empowering women in tech. Juliet's background includes roles as a Management Consultant at Slalom, where organizational effectiveness and change management were key responsibilities, and as a Book Author for the Creator Institute in association with Georgetown Business School. Further contributions include being a Strategic Advisor for the beauty startup JEUDI paris, and previous positions in fundraising and development for the University of Pennsylvania and PBS. Juliet holds an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in English and Journalism from Bucknell University.
