Beata Jęczmyk

Beata Jęczmyk has held a variety of roles in the IT and business sectors. Beata began their career in 2012 as a Studentworker at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology. Beata then worked as a Legal Documents Analyst at Capita from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Aon as a Health & Benefits Support Analyst. Beata held this role until 2016, when they were promoted to EMEA Change Manager and Service Delivery Specialist. In 2022, they started their current role as IT Project Manager at Creatuity Corp.

Beata Jęczmyk obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology and Geology, specialisation - conservation of nature from Jagiellonian University in 2007-2010. Beata then went on to receive their Master's degree in the same field from the same university in 2010-2012. In 2011, they completed an Erasmus Programme at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in the School of Bioscience. In 2015-2016, they attended North Sydney English College. In October 2020, they obtained an AgilePM® Foundation certification from the Agile Business Consortium.
