Caitlin Wilson has worked in the beer industry for over 10 years. Caitlin started as a bartender at Hilton Garden Inn in 2007 and then became bar manager at Heirloom Cafe & Fresh Market in 2011. In 2013, they began working at Trappeze Pub, which is currently ranked by ratebeer.com as the #43 beer bar in the world. Caitlin joined Creature Comforts Brewing Company in 2014 as tour staff and then became safety & compliance manager in 2017. Caitlin is passionate about beer and loves to talk with customers and staff about breweries and the history of beer.
Caitlin Wilson has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Georgia in English Language and Literature/Letters. Caitlin transferred to UGA in May 2010 from Gainesville State College. Caitlin has a High School Diploma from Rockdale County High School. Caitlin also has certification from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Foods, Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (GaMEP) at Georgia Tech in Good Manufacturing Practices, Cicerone Certification Program in Cicerone Beer Server, and American Red Cross in CPR/AED/First Aid.
