Teresa Lewis Rn

Teresa Lewis, RN, has extensive experience in hospice and medical nursing, currently serving as a Hospice RN Case Manager at Crescent Hospice since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of care for hospice patients and their families. Previous positions include Case Manager at Medical Services of America, Wellness Director at Phoenix Senior Living, and various staff nurse roles in med-surg and specialty units, including experience with high acuity patients at Union Medical Center Inc. and Greenville Health System. Teresa Lewis holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Registered Nursing from Greenville Technical College, completed between 2007 and 2009.
