Gavin M.

Gavin M. has worked for several companies in a variety of roles. Gavin began their career in 2011 as a Billing & Database Management employee at Electric Ireland. Gavin then worked for PayPal from 2012 to 2014 as a Customer Solutions Specialist. In 2015, they worked briefly as a Technical Support Executive at HCLTech. From 2016 to 2023, Gavin M. worked at Purplebricks serving as the Contact Center Manager, a Product Owner, and a Senior Product Manager. Gavin is currently working at Credas as a Product Manager, as of 2023.

Gavin M. began their education at the National College of Ireland in 2007, where they pursued a Higher Certificate degree in Computing Applications and Support until 2009. Gavin then continued their education at the same institution, earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Software Systems between 2009 and 2012. Later on, they obtained three additional certifications in Business Analysis and Scrum basics in 2018, from the BCS, LinkedIn, and The Chartered Institute for IT institutions.
