Philip Morgan has extensive experience in enterprise solutions and workforce management across various sectors. As the Enterprise Solutions Manager at Credentially since October 2021, Philip focuses on enhancing clinical workforce management. Previously, Philip served as Executive Vice President at Patient Care Analytics from July 2011 to August 2021, where a new approach to managing the clinical workforce was introduced to address financial challenges in hospitals. Additionally, Philip held the position of President at Allocate Software from May 1999 to July 2012, overseeing the development of scheduling and workforce planning software for healthcare and other industries, alongside roles in sales management.
