Vumika Murmu

Vumika Murmu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in People & Culture at Group Bayport since July 2022, Vumika has previously held multiple roles at CredForce from June 2018 to May 2023, progressing from Intern to Senior Associate in the Content & Talent division. Additional experience includes HR Administration at Bloom Foundation India from January 2017 to May 2023 and a position as a Research Associate at bluewater consulting from June 2015 to March 2016. Vumika also completed an internship at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. in 2014. Vumika holds a Master of Business Administration in HRM from Amity University (2013-2015) and a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Integrated Learning and Management (IILM) (2009-2012). Early education was completed at Bishop Westcott Girls' School Namkom (1996-2007).
