Vivek Chandani

Vivek Chandani is a seasoned professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Credgenics since September 2021, having previously held the roles of Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Credgenics, Vivek worked as Business Development Manager at Fingpay (Tapits Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) from August 2019 to September 2021 and at Easebuzz from November 2018 to July 2019. Responsibilities have included end-to-end sales management, client relationship development, lead conversion, sales strategy, revenue maximization, and client retention. Vivek holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University (2017-2019) and a BCA in Computer Science from the University of Lucknow (2013-2016).
