Clayton Nicholas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2018, they founded VIBRONYX, a company that provides supply chain digital transformation strategy and solutions to Department of Defense and commercial clients globally. In 2019, they joined CredibleMind as the Chief Commercial Officer and also served as an Advisory Board Member. Clayton became a member of the Forbes Technology Council in 2021, an invitation-only organization for leading CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and technology executives. Clayton joined the Entrepreneurs' Organization in 2020 as a Board Member for the Nashville Chapter. Clayton also became an Investor for the Academy Investor Network in the same year. Prior to these roles, Clayton served as the Group President for the Healthcare Provider Industry at Conduent (Xerox Spinoff) in 2017, where they led a $350M+ P&L. Before that, they were the SVP for Care Management and Analytics Solutions at Xerox Health from 2015 to 2016. Clayton was the Chief Marketing Officer at Change Healthcare from 2012 to 2014 and the Executive Director for Strategy and Operations at Walgreens - Health and Wellness Services from 2010 to 2012. Clayton also co-founded and served as CEO of Giving Tree, LLC, an innovative social enterprise in the consumer gift card and corporate incentives market, from 2007 to 2010.

Clayton Nicholas has a strong educational background encompassing multiple institutions and areas of study. Clayton attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Management. Following this, Clayton pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Systems Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating between the years 1997 and 2000. Clayton furthered their education by attending the Harvard Business School from 2002 to 2004, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management.

In addition to their formal education, Clayton has obtained two notable certifications. In June 2019, they received the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model - Professional (SCOR-P) certification from APICS. Clayton also completed the "Machine Learning: Implementation in Business" course offered by the MIT Sloan School of Management in October 2019.
