Miguel Aguirre Tovar

Miguel Aguirre Tovar has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Miguel began their career at Credicorp Capital in 2012 as a Junior Research Analyst. Miguel then worked at Acción Fiduciaria as a Research Analyst and later as a Fixed Income Strategist from 2014 to 2016. After that, they joined Ultraserfinco and served as Head of Global Markets for four years. Since 2020, they have been working at Credicorp Capital again, starting as an Associate in Global Fixed Income before being promoted to Senior Associate in the same department. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in Global Markets.

Miguel Aguirre Tovar completed a Masters in Financial Management from Universidad EAFIT from 2015 to 2017. Miguel also obtained a Specialist in Finance degree from the same university in 2015-2016. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Universidad de La Sabana. In addition to their formal education, Miguel has obtained certifications such as the Series 7 and Securities Industry Essentials from FINRA, with the years of obtaining these certifications specified.
