Neelam Sanguri is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Training Academy at Credilio since October 2021. Prior to this role, Neelam held the position of Director of Talent Transformation at Scholarly.co from January 2020 to January 2021 and was a Senior Manager for Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Communications at BSH Home Appliances Group from February 2013 to November 2019. Neelam's career in learning and development began at HCL Technologies, progressing through various roles from Executive to Deputy Manager from 2006 to 2012. Before that, a Management Trainee position in Learning & Development was held at Motherson Sumi Systems Limited in early 2008.
