Patrick Norris

Patrick Norris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive finance sector, currently serving as Vice President of Sales, Dealer Success at Credit Acceptance since June 2000. In this role, Patrick focuses on enhancing dealer engagement and fostering collaboration to drive business growth. Previously, Patrick held various leadership positions within Credit Acceptance, including Regional Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Sales, National Accounts, where efforts were concentrated on supporting both franchise and independent dealers in achieving sales objectives through a consultative approach. Patrick's early career included management roles in sales and marketing across different companies, including Wizard Finance Systems and Trader Publishing, which established a strong foundation in sales strategy and team development. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business Management from Kent State University.
