Waldo McMillan is an accomplished sales and finance professional with extensive experience in the automotive finance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Central CA District and National Accounts in the West Zone at Credit Acceptance since June 2013, Waldo has a proven track record in sales management and team development. Previous roles include Vice President and Regional Sales Manager positions at Flatiron Capital and AFCO Credit Corporation, where recruitment and strategy implementation were key focuses. Prior to these positions, Waldo held leadership roles at Cananwill Premium Funding, Norm Reeves Honda Superstore, Premier Auto Finance, and Ally Financial Inc., demonstrating a consistent ability to drive sales growth and enhance operational efficiency. Waldo holds a BA in History and Business from Oakwood University.
