Ahmed Emad is currently the Head of Customer Service at Credit Agricole Egypt since July 2022. Prior to this, Ahmed held a similar position at Arab Bank from May 2018 to June 2022. Throughout their career, Ahmed has also served in various roles at EFG Hermes, Arab African International Bank, and CIB Egypt. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Georgia State University.
