Perminder Dahiya

Perminder Dahiya has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Perminder has held various leadership roles in prominent organizations such as Crédit Agricole CIB, Optimum Solutions (S) Pte Ltd, Verinon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Tata Consultancy Services.

At Crédit Agricole CIB, Perminder served as the Director, Corporate Banking IT, where they managed multiple teams and executed strategic and tactical IT projects for the bank's Structured Financing business lines. Perminder was responsible for creating annual strategic roadmaps, ensuring cost-effective utilization of IT resources, and delivering quality software solutions.

Before joining Crédit Agricole CIB, Perminder was the Head of IT - Trade Finance at the same company, leading a team of 40+ members. Perminder oversaw the design, development, and delivery of a suite of IT applications for Trade Finance operations, including Optimtrade, Banktrade, TIQ, and Tradpro.

Prior to their role at Crédit Agricole CIB, Perminder worked at Optimum Solutions (S) Pte Ltd as a Senior Information Technology Consultant. Perminder provided consultancy services in content and process management for clients in the telecom and banking sectors. Perminder also spearheaded a document digitization and business process automation project for Credit Agricole group entities in various countries.

Before Optimum Solutions, Perminder worked at Verinon as a Sr. Consultant, specializing in content management. Perminder was involved in developing, customizing, and integrating EMC products for telecom clients.

Perminder began their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Programmer Analyst and later joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Asst. Engineer Trainee.

Throughout their career, Perminder has gained expertise in various tools and technologies such as Java EE, EMC Documentum, Oracle, WebLogic, and more.

Perminder Dahiya attended Punjab Engineering College from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. In addition, Perminder has earned several certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, DELF A1 from France Éducation international, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, EMC Proven Professional Certification from EMC, Sun Certified Web Component Developer from Sun Microsystems, and Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD) also from Sun Microsystems.
